CONROE, Texas — The peaceful rural community of Montgomery County is grappling with shock and grief following a tragic incident Thursday afternoon in which three members of a local family were found dead.
According to Montgomery County authorities, deputies responded to a residence in a quiet area outside Conroe around 3:45 p.m. Upon arrival, first responders discovered a man, a woman, and a young child suffering from gunshot wounds. A handgun was recovered at the scene.
Authorities later confirmed that the deceased have been identified as 52-year-old Salvador Ramirez, his 39-year-old wife Maria Ramirez, and their three-year-old son. Investigators believe that Salvador Ramirez was responsible for the deaths of his wife and child before taking his own life.
