The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) announced the grim discovery on Thursday, October 9, 2025, ending a week-long search that began after Musil was reported missing on September 30.
Timeline of the Case
Musil was last seen in Weatherford, Oklahoma, the home of SWOSU, on or around September 29, the day before he was officially reported missing. A missing person’s report was filed with Weatherford Police on September 30, and as days passed without any contact from Musil, the case was escalated to the OSBI.
