29-year-old Savannah Kulla has been identified as the victim of a violent domestic-related incident, allegedly at the hands of 38-year-old Anthony Deschepper, who remains at large. Peel Regional Police have confirmed that Deschepper is the primary suspect in both Savannah’s death and an abduction that took place shortly after the shooting.

Anthony Deschepper, 38, is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a medium build, short dark hair, and multiple tattoos. He was last seen driving a black 2017 Dodge Ram pickup truck with Ontario license plate BK42982.
